Tom Harper started his career in the insurance industry in 1964 and joined Evarts Tremaine in 1970. As an account executive, he has experience selling property, casualty, and life insurance products. Tom graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from Miami University and attended Cleveland Marshall Law School.

He previously served as President of the Miami University Alumni Association–Cleveland West, is the Past President’s Club Winner for Midwestern National Life Insurance Company, and recipient of the Scarlet Order of President’s Club of Connecticut General Life. He is also the founding member of the Cleveland Fossil Society and the North Coast Fossil Club.

Tom lives in Rocky River and spends his free time playing tennis and boating. He authored the book “Rocky River, Ohio: Where the River Ends” and has a passion for photography, family genealogy, and Ohio Indian artifact hunting.
